🧭 November Dispatch: Final Expeditions

The path through 2025 is nearly complete, and the crew is still pressing forward with wind in our sails.
Our stop at Maker Faire Orlando earlier this month was a true highlight; a gathering of inventors, builders, and dreamers where imagination takes center stage.

People there don’t just ask about the art; they want to know how it’s made. The process, the craft, and the story behind each layer. Surrounded by laser artists, 3D printers, woodturners, sculptors, writers, and even representatives from NASA, it reminded us why we started this voyage in the first place.

Next on the itinerary, and our final stop of 2025, is Holiday Matsuri in December. Expect color, creativity, and a full lineup of our latest pieces. Once the season winds down, we’ll publish our 2026 Show Schedule, with hopeful eyes set on New York Comic Con and San Diego Comic-Con.
 

⚙️ Full Steam at Home Base

Between expeditions, the Orlando workshop has been buzzing with purpose.
We’re closing out our Q3 orders while turning around holiday commissions at record speed, a careful dance of precision, paint, and perseverance.

Kara’s hand surgery went perfectly, and her recovery has been nothing short of inspiring. Even with one hand out of commission, she’s already easing back into production and helping guide the workshop forward.

To everyone waiting on an order, thank you for your patience. Some projects took longer than planned, but our commitment never wavered. Each shipment still carries the same care and craftsmanship that define IONOX Media.

And it’s been a season of recognition here at home: we were featured on the news three times,  twice for our Halloween displays, and once for sharing insights on Universal Orlando’s new annual pass structure for Epic Universe. Seeing our work highlighted in so many ways has been a rewarding surprise.

🎁 Field Briefing: Holiday Operations

The holiday season is in full swing, and the order queue is moving fast. The team is deep in fulfillment mode, balancing custom commissions and online sales with precision.

Late-November orders may miss the sleigh. If you’ve been eyeing a piece, order early and skip the rush. Every shipment leaves directly from our Orlando base, ready for safe delivery.

We’re also thrilled to announce our new IONOX Media storefront on Shopify. Right now, you're be able to order directly through the Shop app, with faster checkout, smoother tracking, and the same handcrafted art you’ve come to expect.

🔭 Mission Log: Current Operations

The charts are crowded with new projects as we balance production and design. Every spare hour between shipments goes toward finishing the next round of art.

Nickelodeon Studios Orlando is nearly ready for laser cutting, only a few hallway and office details remain before the final draft begins.

Disney’s DINOSAUR (Countdown to Extinction) is also in the home stretch. The charging Carnotaurus and Aladar the Iguanodon are being added to the background layer now, with the first laser draft expected within the week.

Meanwhile, the massive Epic Universe map continues its course. Tracing every building and pathway is a detailed process that usually spans one to two months, but we’re pushing hard to complete it by December.

Men in Black: Alien Attack has cleared its layout phase and awaits character artwork, while Ironforge from World of Warcraft will have its turn before the year’s end.

The creative engines are still hot — and the voyage continues at full throttle.
 

🌅 Forward Momentum

The final stretch of 2025 is in sight, and the workshop lights are still burning bright. Every finished piece, every shipment, and every new design moves us closer to the year’s end.

With Holiday Matsuri on the horizon and the 2026 schedule waiting just beyond, the adventure is far from over, in fact, the best part may still be ahead.
